This is the page where I shamelessly plug my Web Design business. I am self-taught in both HTML and JavaScript, and I free-lance as a web-designer. My hourly rates generally run about $50/hour, although I prefer to quote projects as a "lump-sum". I am fairly flexible with my rates, as well. For example, a personal website usually runs about $200 - $300 for something simple, but nice. The more graphics, forms, and scripts involved, the higher my fee. Price quotes are always free, though.
